In this role at Beanstalk, you will assist our construction and engineering teams in the buildout and assembly of new vertical farming infrastructure. This is a hands-on job where you will join a team responsible for building new systems and putting them into production. **Responsibilities**
* Assembly of new infrastructure
* Following SOPs for assembly to ensure builds meet our quality standards
* Maintain a clean and orderly environment
* Collaborate with internal teams to test and integrate new assemblies into our vertical farms
**Requirements**
* Must be authorized to work in the US
* Have a reliable form of transportation to Herndon, VA
* Able to commit to a consistent schedule (40 hours per week)
* Ability to use a tablet or smartphone
* Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
* Able to lift objects over head (up to 30 pounds)
* Must be comfortable working at height (up to 20 feet)
* Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
* Comfortable standing for hours at a time
