Production Manager-- Southington, CT area
Our client has been in business for over 100 years with customers within the truck, automotive, and industrial segments. The pipeline of business is strong necessitating the addition of an experienced Production Manager.
Reporting to the VP of Operations this Manufacturing professional will be responsible for execution of the production flow in a dynamic, multi-shift manufacturing plant.
Our client offers a competitive salary ($110-130k plus incentive bonus depending on education and experience) and excellent benefits including health insurance, 401K and paid time off.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills that will foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and cooperation to meet organizational goals. They will be improvement oriented and have a strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles as well as a working knowledge and understanding of quality systems, ERP applications and supervisory best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to independently accomplish assigned tasks and work with others

- Exposure to metal forming or machining highly desirable
