- 8-10 years of Business Analyst role in Kronos Time and Attendance applications
- Hands on experience with Kronos WFC and Dimensions
- Experience with at least one migration project from UKG WFC to UKG Dimensions (or WFM)
- Have managed requirements gathering sessions for international organizations. Experience with Mexico, Japan etc. is added advantage.
- Local in New Jersey or ready to relocate.
