Bell & Associates, Inc. is in search of a District Service Manager to lead the Service Department within a designated area. We seek a dynamic individual to ensure superior maintenance, repair, and service of equipment while maintaining profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and train a skilled service team to prioritize safety and efficiency.
- Exceed customer expectations in equipment maintenance and service.
- Achieve budgeted profitability targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor products.
- Build and strengthen the Service Team through effective staffing and training.
- Ensure comprehensive training and safety protocols for all Technicians.
- Enforce Company policies and performance standards.
- Develop Technician Team Leaders for future growth opportunities.
- Coordinate service scheduling to maximize profits and meet customer expectations.
- Manage inventory levels and expenses effectively to optimize profitability.
- Oversee up to 30 employees across multiple service zones, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
