**Customer Service Representative**
**Customer Service - Centennial, CO - Full Time**
**Scope of Responsibilities:** Liaison between the company and our technical staff, primarily responsible for communicating the customers problems to our technicians via the companys computer system.
**Minimum Job Requirements:**
* High school diploma or GED
* Prefer three years experience in a similar customer service environment
* Strong data entry and communication skills
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls from customers requesting service.
* Schedule service and estimating calls
* Make outbound calls
* Respond to emails and live chat
* Document customer cancellations
* Resolve customer issues
* Follow up on open service work orders
* Offer telephone solution support
* Accurately and concisely enter service order information into the companys computer system
* Make necessary corrections to customer accounts in the companys computer system
* Be a member of a rotation of individuals responsible for manning the front desk on Saturdays
* Make daily scripted customer satisfaction inquiries (CSI) to customers who recently received service
* Ability to listen and empathize
* Ability to prioritize customer needs
* All other duties deemed necessary by management to promote customer satisfaction and growth

**Required Skills:**
* Ability to work with confidential information
* Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment
* Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills with a demonstration ability to communicate with outside vendors, customers, and internal staff
* Detail and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Microsoft Office
* Microsoft Excel
