Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ESTOvertime: OccasionalPay Rate: $23.50+ per hourKeywords Studios is currently seeking an enthusiastic Distribution Support Associate to join our Product Research and Development team. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with our esteemed pharmaceutical client in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, IN.This team is responsible for providing documentation for clinical trial and compassionate care drugs shipped around the world. They are responsible for ensuring the documentation meets the requirements of the specific country.Responsibilities:- Create receipt and shipping files, and manage transfer of documentation to warehouse personnel- Obtain required documentation from multiple sources- Communicate with carriers and hubs/depots to facilitate shipment activities- Confirm shipments in CTWIN warehouse management and distribution system- Track/confirm/receive Proof of Delivery and Acknowledgement of Receipt- Manage group email boxes and process data and requests- Investigator Initiated Trial Reorder Process- Supply planning transfers/Daily transactional support- Proactively assess the impact on supplies based on material usage, temperature excursions; and other instances- Data entry into distribution business tools (Planning Receipt, Chrono and Planning Stickering)Keywords provides a competitive compensation package, good benefits and a casual, fun, productive and supportive working environment.
