Job Title: Property Administrator - commercial background preferred

Salary: $60k-$70k doe


Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate and possess strong administrative skills to support the efficient operation of our properties. Note that this is a admin role, not property manager.


Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to commercial property management, including lease administration, tenant communication, and vendor coordination.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease files, records, and databases, ensuring compliance with lease terms and requirements.

Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Assist with financial activities, including rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and budget tracking.

Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors, contractors, and property management teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for property owners, investors, and stakeholders.

Support property managers in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in property management or real estate administration, with a focus on commercial properties.

Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of commercial leasing laws, regulations, and industry best practices (preferred).
