Job Details
Our client, a large well-established company is looking to hire a Procurement Assistant to start right away. This position will be hybrid and based out of the Orlando office.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requests ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with and support stakeholders and suppliers to understand their procurement needs
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships, addressing issues such as quality control, delivery delays, and pricing discrepancies.
- Create and present reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
- 1-2+ years of experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills/team player
