**Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):**
* The Base Area Attendant needs to exhibit strong internal and external guest service skills, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
* Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Willingness to work 35 to 40+ hours per week (full-time) or 12-15+ hours per week (part-time)
* Snow and ice removal, shoveling and snow/ plaza interface work.
* Repair, clean, and maintain all trash/ recycling receptacles throughout the shift.
* Work with other departments such as Environmental, Mountain Services, Security, Fleet Maintenance, and Grooming to build and maintain cohesive working relationships.
* Assist with the parking operations.
* Overall cleanliness and appearance of all base areas.
* All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED- *required*
* Valid Drivers License- *required*
* Read, Write, and Speak English Fluently- *required*
* Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical labor- *required*
* Ability to work outside in extreme mountain conditions- *required*
* Experience working at a ski resort *preferred*
* Experience working equipment like skid steer, fork lift etc. *- preferred*
The budgeted range starts at $15.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
