Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is a prestigious andrapidly expanding law firm with offices in Maryland, DC, Virginia &Florida. A successful candidate will be able to assist during allphases of the immigration process and willing to provide a high-qualitylevel of client support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparingand filing applications with USCIS, including but not limited tofamily-based
- Handlingcommunication with clients, other attorney offices, judges, etc.
- Maintainingand updating filing system and client files and information.
- Draftingand filing basic legal documents, discovery requests, and correspondence.
- Monitoringdeadlines and maintaining calendars
- E-filingcourt documents.
- Preparationand filing of custody applications in connection with applications for SpecialImmigrant Juvenile status.
- Schedule& calendar hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Workwith lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legalarticles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing andcoordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with clientmeetings.
REQUIREMENTS: - Bilingual(Spanish and English)
- MinimumEducation: College Education or equivalent
- Immigrationexperience (At least 2 years of experience)
