**Job Description**

**We are hiring for the coolest new company on the block GAMESTOP (powered by Atento).**
This position supports all inbound calls providing technical support, account management and overall general questions.
Agents will be expected to be engaging, flexible, customer service minded, and resourceful - all while giving each customer a memorable experience. Individuals looking for career growth are encouraged to apply.
**Benefits:**
* Pay - $17.00/hr.

**Requirements:**
* Excellent ability to communicate clearly on the phone
* Passionate, self-motivated and genuinely interested in other people!
* Excellent problem solving and follow-up skills
* A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
* Consistent work history and previous call center experience a plus
* Great typing skills (at least 35 words per minute required)
* Ability to compassionately address issues in a professional and personable manner
* Ability to interact and converse effectively with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
* People experience and amazing phone presence
* An understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc.)
