Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in Houston for a Senior Project Manager to join our Civil Engineering team.Ware Malcomb's Civil Engineering assists private and public clients on a broad range of commercial and residential development projects that improve and enhance communities.Senior Project Managers are responsible for leading and managing multiple site development projects entirely from start to finish including budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, design calculationsand construction administration services. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training of support staff as well as working with consultant teams and the financial success of all projects.Senior Project Manager, Civil Engineering Requirements:
