**The Impact Youll Make in this Role**
As a Medical Assembler, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by applying the following skills:
* Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures
* Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures.
* Escalate quality and other production related issues to lead and line coordinators for redress as well as document tasks and complete DHR records per cGMP standard.
* Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged.
* Understand and follow all work-related policies and seek clarification as necessary to enhance compliance.
* Document tasks and complete DHR records per cGMP standard.
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
* Be able to work on the 1st shift.

This posting is for a Medical Assembler position at 3M Eden Prairie. 3M anticipates that multiple openings for this position will occur over time.
