Job Description:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in End-to-End value chain in one or more areas like Mortgage Loan Servicing, Mortgage Default management and Foreclosures.
Preferred Qualifications and Job Functions - At least 2 years of experience as Product owner in defining the requirements around Minimal Viable Product to achieve program objectives.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize initiatives, collaboration between teams and drive initiatives to completion through accountability.
- Creates, maintains, and prioritizes Agile team's backlog by assessing business and customer value.
- Collaborates with other teams to manage inter-team dependencies.
- Focuses on outcomes and sets clear success criteria.
- Collaborates with wider team on project milestones and provides organizational management and stakeholder with relevant updates.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and principles.
- Analytical, Communication skills, Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires travel.
