JLB are delighted to be supporting a leading sports organisation who are looking for a Director of Merchandise to join their growing team.
Reporting in to the VP of Licensing this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy for playing cards, memorabilia and equipment categories.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the budget for merchandise
- Expanding partnerships with memorabilia and equipment categories
- Ensure licensee compliance and License Agreement terms and conditions
Our client is ideally looking for someone with:
- 5+ years within the licensed sports trading card industry
- Deep understanding of baseball and knowledge of players
In return for your hard work our client is paying between $140-160k base salary (depending on experience and interview performance) plus benefits.
