Hublot of America is seeking a Watchmaker to join the After-Sales team, in our Fort Lauderdale office. Reporting to the Technical Manager of Hublot North America, the Watchmaker will service Hublot watches, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to quality and safety, in accordance with brand standards.
MISSION
Complete service of watches from quartz to mechanical chronograph and complications
Diagnosis and reporting of findings using company software (Pro-concept)
Disassembly, cleaning, repair, and preparation of cases including water resistance assurance and verification
Refinishing of case and bracelet components (less than 5%)
Movement overhaul including full inspection and accurate diagnosis, repair or replacement of worn or damaged parts, adjustment, cleaning, reassembly, and lubrication
Escapement and oscillator adjustment and regulation
Dial/hand fitting and casing
Perform final testing and quality control processes
Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness and organization
Ensure delivery of finished repairs and services in a timely manner to meet deadlines
Propose and contribute to improvement actions and projects
PROFILE
Watchmaking diploma, preferred, or one manufacturer training course or certification
At least 3 years of experience servicing high value watches in a service center environment
Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and spare parts organization methods
Ability to adapt to a fast-growing business and environment
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented skills
Respectful of company and workshop policies and procedures
