Job Description

Indrotec is currently hiring a Machine Operator for a client located in Champlin. Previous experience is required. Pay will be dependent upon the candidate's experience.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills and abilities

• Understand the operation and functioning of various types of machinery, including knowledge of controls, settings, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Monitor presses and alarms and troubleshoot issues
• Troubleshoot the manufacturing process to diagnose quality problems
• Maintain part quality by completing audits
• Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks, such as adjusting machine settings, replacing parts, and conducting routine maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to create route reports
• Prepare machines for operation by setting up tools, loading materials, inputting programming, and ensuring proper calibration.
• Drug test and background check
• High School Diploma or GED

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
