Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business opportunities.

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns to attract and engage prospective clients.

Utilize various channels, including networking events, cold calling, email outreach, and social media, to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate throughout the sales process.

Conduct needs assessments and consultations to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

Present custom software development solutions and proposals tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offshore software development services.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and drive revenue growth.

Close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

Market Research and Business Development:

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to develop targeted marketing materials and collateral to support sales efforts.

Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote our custom offshore software development services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.

Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing sales, and achieving sales targets and quotas.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales goals.

Experience working with offshore development teams and familiarity with outsourcing/offshoring models is a plus.
