OCT Consulting currently has an opening for a Corporate Program Manager to support OCT s client-facing project portfolio.Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:Managing a diverse portfolio of projects supporting a variety of federal clientsEnsuring client satisfaction through high-quality deliverables and strong client communicationsDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsManaging project team resources (recruiting, hiring, timesheet approval, performance management, etc.)Leading large teams working primarily in a remote environmentAnalyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risksSupporting corporate business development and company strategic growthFederal acquisition or contracting (1102) experience as a Contracting Officer of as a Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) is highly desirableFamiliarity managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) contractsPosition is primarily remote but may require occasional visits to federal client sites or corporate activities in the greater Washington, D.C. metro region.RequirementsQualificationsExperience leading/managing multiple projects/programs/teams simultaneously (eight (8) or more years of experience preferred)Significant experience supporting one or more federal agencies or departmentsDemonstrable problem-solving experience and skillsStrong time-management, coordination, and communication skillsDemonstrated personnel management experience, to include managing employee performance, conducting effective interviews, etc.Demonstrated experience delivering against deadlinesDemonstrated critical thinking and flexibility supporting emergent requirements, a comfort level with prioritizing workload independentlyStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills, to include experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointBachelor s Degree (Preferred)Current Secret or Top Secret Clearance (Preferred); willingness to participate in the screening process to obtain a Secret or Top Secret Clearance (Required)Project Management Professional Certification, or equivalent (Preferred)BenefitsBenefitsThe position includes competitive compensation and a full suite of benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceRetirement savings 401K plan provided by an industry leading provider with 3% employer contribution.Paid Time OffLife Insurance, Short- and Long-Term disability benefitsTraining BenefitsSalary Range: $120,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience, education, etc.About OCT Consulting LLCOCT Consulting LLC is a certified SBA 8(a), minority owned, small, disadvantaged business providing professional services and Information technology solutions to the federal government and commercial clients.
