Accounting Due Diligence Director


Job Details

The McLean Group is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Due Diligence Director to conduct comprehensive financial assessments for both sell-side and buy-side engagements across various industries, with a specific emphasis on government contracting. As a pivotal member of our team, the Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading the firm's financial due diligence activities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring effective communication and overseeing client deliverables
  • Managing a team of Analysts and Associates, providing guidance and support for financial due diligence engagements
  • Contributing to the firm's business development efforts
  • Collaborating with the Valuation and M&A Advisory teams on joint projects

Requirements

  • Ability to lead a team in conducting a Quality of Earnings engagement as part of M&A due diligence
  • A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 8 10+ years of experience in Auditing, Transaction Advisory Services, or a related field (preferred)
  • CPA designation is required
