Global leader seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager in the San Antonio, TX Metro Area!
Responsibilities:
- Manage PMs and work with production on planned downtime.
- Collaborate with other leadership members to holistically make improvements.
- Oversee, provide direction, and educate the maintenance crew.
- Establish relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Design and monitor budgets, always seeking ways to reduce costs.
- Ensure all duties are compliant with company safety & OSHA policies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or similar is preferred.
- Proven experience with Predictive/Preventative maintenance systems.
- 5+ years in a maintenance management role.
- Strong knowledge in PLCs, RCA, and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Background in food industry and knowledge of GMPs.
- US citizen.
