Division Order Analyst

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented Division Order Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, calculate and maintain record title ownership and division of interest utilizing title opinions, leases, deeds, probate proceedings, curative, etc.
• Establish, update and maintain records to support revenue division of interests.
• Assess priority suspense accounts and work to resolve issues preventing the distribution of revenues to owners.
• Assist with acquisition, divestiture, due diligence, internal/external audits, data conversion and other special projects.
• Professionally respond to royalty owner inquiries through phone, written or electronic communication.
• Seek opportunities to innovate, continuously improve processes and look for efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Analysts and Owner Relations to ensure optimal synergies and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive knowledge of WolfePak or similar oil and gas software
• Adobe PDF and E-Sign
• Microsoft applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Independent thinker and problem solver
