What You Get To Do Every Day
- Lead and develop a high-performing team; provide coaching as needed to ensure individuals and collective team achieve performance metrics
- Oversee incoming shipments from consignors while ensuring that items are inspected and reviewed accurately
- Partner with luxury consignment office to manage fashion product being transferred to the authentication center
- Provide coverage on receiving floor; assist with product questions and distribution to increase department s productivity
- Point of contact for customer returns, authentication, merchandising, copywriting and inbound loading dock
- Conduct weekly and monthly audits to achieve compliance with standard operating procedures
- Uphold company brand and conditions standards
- Oversee all inquiries sent to receiving support, ensuring responses are timely with correct information
- Collect and interpret data to maintain high levels of standards for quality and performance
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years experience leading a highly functioning team in a metrics-based, production environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to align work with company goals
- Ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive team culture Highly motivated, dependable and proactive
- Excellent organizational & time management skills

- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.)
Preferred Requirements
- Experience leading a team within a warehouse production environment
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
