Position Summary

The Medicare Sales Account Executive is committed to the achievement of the company s growth aspirations and sales goals, responsible for developing, maintaining, and servicing a high quality, marketable network within an assigned geographic area. The Sales Account Executive targets potential providers in their assigned geographic area and establishes relationships that optimize contract value to ILS and the provider to drive growth.


Essential Functions

  1. Strategic and consultative sales to identify and expand the pipeline of health plans and select at-risk providers relevant for ILS s growth.
  2. Use market segmentation, data, and analytics to generate new leads.
  3. Work independently and collaboratively in coordinating sales activities; establish key milestones critical to securing deal closures and achieve quota on a monthly basis.
  4. Drive self-generated sales and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently.
  5. Identifies opportunities within the territory to generate leads, in addition to those provided by the company, through building relationships with contracted medical providers, senior organizations and other community leaders and educating these groups about Senior Services products.
  6. Conducts meetings to share and discuss issues of concern, troubleshoots for issue resolution, and implements an escalation process for discrepancies.
  7. Collaborates with Credentialing Department to ensure provider data is correct and include any needed updates.
  8. Experience with technology to include high level use of laptop and mobile phone applications with an understanding of CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources.
  9. Provides information and participates in management meetings as requested.
  10. Adhere to all compliance rules and ethical standards.
  11. Achieve intended sales quotas.
  12. Assist in the basic/daily operation of the Sales Department
  13. Create reports as requested by management update monthly event activity log.
  14. Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience

  • BA or BS degree or a minimum of five years in strategic, consultative sales in healthcare, including a strong track record selling into health plans.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
  • Active 2-15 Health, Life and Annuity License or a 2-40 Health License
  • Requires Health licensure, if required by state law.
  • Ability to Lead team(s), motivate others and engage others at all levels.
  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Capable of working independently.

We offer an Attractive Salary package including Base Salary and Sales Commissions.
