A growing specialty healthcare network in the Tristate Area is actively seeking an experienced professional to join their organization as their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Responsibilities:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will:
- Develop and execute the organization's strategic vision, mission, and goals
- Provide leadership in identifying growth opportunities and expanding services
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; ensure the organization operates within budgetary guidelines and meets financial targets
- Direct and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and quality of care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, insurers, and regulatory agencies
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance healthcare delivery and efficiency
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Healthcare Administration
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong background in Leadership and/or Management roles
- Proficiency in Financial Management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management.
- Thorough understanding of Healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Networking Abilities: Strong networking abilities with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree (e.g., MBA, MHA)
- Leadership experience within a MSO.
- Previous experience taking an MSO to the market
