Great opportunity with growing company! Ken's Foods in Lebanon, IN is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Lead for our 2nd Shift to handle the Plant's Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance programs. This position is responsible for developing and coaching a staff of Quality Assurance Technicians and ensuring compliance with company and government procedures. Will inspect, audit, and validate all phases of quality performance (quality at the source, raw materials, production, packaging, and distribution).
Employment with Ken s Foods is contingent upon successful completion of a drug test, background screening, and pre-employment assessment.
