Career Acceleration Program

At Chick-fil-A, the Career Acceleration Program (CAP) is designed to launch professionals into the next phase of their career. The 24 month program is intended to help participants advance to a career as a Chick-fil-A Operator, Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff, and beyond. Each CAP track is 6 months. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, CAP participants gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and lead specific general duties in the restaurant

Continuously improve performance and ensure operational excellence is achieved

Maintain strict adherence to food safety procedures

Coach Team Members to promote proper procedures and customer service practices

Ensuring overall cleanliness, stock, & organization

Manage work shifts of a diverse team of people effectively

Work with a leadership team to set and achieve business goals

Positively adjust to changes in team size or business volume

Manage labor and food costs

Serve guests with Remarkable hospitality

Other duties as assigned

Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Minimum Requirements

Earned 4 year college degree in any major or equivalent in work experience

Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week between the hours of 5:30am - 11:30pm, Monday through Saturday

MUST be over 18 years old

Able to climb a ladder to retrieve/stock supplies

Ability to lift and carry 50 Lbs

Ability to think on your feet and multi-task

Have reliable transportation to work
