Matt Smith Real Estate Group Responsibilities
* Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through phone, email and text conversations
* Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
* Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
* Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
* Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching
* Partner with sales team to execute meetings with clients
* Report activity and results on a daily basis
* Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Qualifications
* Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
* Unstoppable mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator
