Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm REMOTE Opportunity- Go onsite in Irving,TX ONCE a quarter
Duration: 6 month Open-ended contract
The Intersect Group has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative needed immediately for Accounting Customer Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Take tickets from chat and email (some phone work) from store owners and managers at the retail locations
- The requests are usually accounting related. This person will have to do data analysis on the request to see which department to escalate the ticket to
- Open cases and pick them up through round robin, as assigned
- Handling 30-50 tickets/day
Requirements:
- 2+ years' call center/customer service experience
- Data analysis experience
- Accounting experience
- Oracle is used, but experience is not required (will train)
- Good computer aptitude
- Professionalism
- Ability to multi-task
