Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm REMOTE Opportunity- Go onsite in Irving,TX ONCE a quarter

Duration: 6 month Open-ended contract


The Intersect Group has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative needed immediately for Accounting Customer Service Department.


Responsibilities:

  • Take tickets from chat and email (some phone work) from store owners and managers at the retail locations
  • The requests are usually accounting related. This person will have to do data analysis on the request to see which department to escalate the ticket to
  • Open cases and pick them up through round robin, as assigned
  • Handling 30-50 tickets/day

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' call center/customer service experience
  • Data analysis experience
  • Accounting experience
  • Oracle is used, but experience is not required (will train)
  • Good computer aptitude
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task
