Summary:

Prophasys is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to work with a development team of 5 developers, provide process improvement, systems engineering, requirement management and vision execution.

The successful candidate will have experience with:

• agile development, and instilling agile values, principles and practices into the team
• planning and organizing demos
• ensuring proper use of collaborative processes, and removing impediments from team or escalating them for removal
• analyzing and reengineering business processes

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Ability to learn fast and willing to learn in public
• Excellent people skills, in order to partner with Product Owner and the leadership team.

Desired Skills:

• SCRUM Master Certification preferred
