**The Role:** As an Amazon replenishment associate, you are responsible for working closely with the Inventory & Logistics manager to create a strong operational foundation for the team's success as our brand portfolio grows. This person will work closely and collaborate frequently with the Inventory & Logistics Manager as well as all Account Managers and department leads.
* Understanding in detail how to create shipments in Amazon Seller Central
* Follow up an any outstanding shipments from the brand to ensure they are shipping out orders on time and inquire if there are any delays
* Create FBM listings as needed backup should FBA listings go OOS and supply is low
* Sync with account managers to troubleshoot stranded inventory listings and fix accordingly
* Responsible for reconciling shipments & chargebacks and generating reports for each client
* Follow up on case support tickets that are opened for anything inventory related
* Review inbound performance summaries for each brand monthly and advise solutions to any inbound errors (this includes missing barcode labels, overweight shipment issues, unscannable barcodes, etc)
* Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
* Analyzing data as required
*Must have strong attention to details, organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint as well as the Amazon Seller & Vendor Central platforms.*
