Total Comp Expectations: 2nd year - $130k +


Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated hunter focused solely on identifying, pursuing, and securing new business. After the sale is completed, our account executives take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project while you focus on nurturing and growing relationships, allowing you to concentrate on expanding our client base.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business within our industries.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of our unique operational processes and how they distinguish us from competitors.
  • Employ various sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
  • Utilize leads, referrals, and connections from networking partners to gain new clients.
  • Communicate the benefits and value our company offers to the industry persuasively.
  • Coordinate and set up initial meetings to introduce our account executives and our proven processes to clients.
  • Participate in industry workshops, social events, and networking gatherings to bolster market presence.
  • Forge and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts.
  • Exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales or project management.
  • Background in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire sales is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and effectively without supervision.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
