Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated hunter focused solely on identifying, pursuing, and securing new business. After the sale is completed, our account executives take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project while you focus on nurturing and growing relationships, allowing you to concentrate on expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business within our industries.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our unique operational processes and how they distinguish us from competitors.
- Employ various sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Utilize leads, referrals, and connections from networking partners to gain new clients.
- Communicate the benefits and value our company offers to the industry persuasively.
- Coordinate and set up initial meetings to introduce our account executives and our proven processes to clients.
- Participate in industry workshops, social events, and networking gatherings to bolster market presence.
- Forge and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts.
- Exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or project management.
- Background in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire sales is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and effectively without supervision.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
