This opportunity is a 1 year rotational development program designed to expose you to all aspects of the automotive industry while preparing you for a future in leadership. During the program, you will be able to gain the following experience:
- Acquire hands-on experience while gaining a broader perspective of all business segments of automotive dealership operations across multiple sites
- Participate in structured learning and development opportunities coupled with ongoing learning sprints between rotational assignments
- Work on high-impact and business-relevant projects that will provide exposure to senior leadership
- Collaborate with peers to seek to learn "why" vs "how"
- Gain confidence in navigating the ambiguities of the industry as you identify problems, recommend solutions and improve how the business functions
- Accelerate your leadership skills as you work alongside top industry leaders in a range of disciplines
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Recent Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or other related studies
- Strong demonstrated understanding of a P&L statement
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and planning
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to develop and foster relationships with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated strength in creative thinking and providing innovative and proactive solutions to various challenges
- Strategic thinking and decision making
- Must maintain a valid GA driver's license
- Must submit to and pass background and drug screen per company policy
