**UA (Uniform Advantage) Brands is now hiring an Assistant Buyer.**
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, global organization. The Assistant Buyer is responsible for assisting with the execution of the day-to-day operations within the Direct Division for branded product.

**This is a Temporarily Remote opportunity that will be a future Hybrid-based role.**
**Here is what you will do:**
* Manage samples tag, log, and track.
* Data entry, execution of SKU creation and order entry.
* Procure vendor images for the catalog.
* Build, key, log, and track purchase orders.
* Develops relationships with vendors.
* Proof catalog for accuracy in layout, copy, photography, and color; also, web product descriptions.
* Proof product development for accuracy in product details and color coordination.
* Manage shipping and deliveries including vendor out of stocks and all components that affect delivery.
* Research and resolve Warehouse and Accounting purchasing issues.
**Here is what you will bring:**
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
* Organization skills- ability to manage time, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and complete all assigned tasks
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
* Ten key typing
* Detail-oriented
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Applying Retail Math
* Ability to identify trends and implement them into product classification
* Microsoft Dynamix AX- ERP system knowledge preferred
* Retail Store or Merchandise Buying, or Merchandising Experience
* BS/BA Degree - Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Fashion Buying
