Shift: Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM; occasional required shift of 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 12PM- 8:00PM for Orientation Days; occasional weekend day
What You'll Do as a Staffing Onsite Representative:
* Manage onsite staffing operations and ensure efficient placement of qualified candidates
* Foster strong relationships with clients and address their staffing needs promptly
* Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and make hiring decisions
* Coordinate employee scheduling and resolve any staffing issues that arise
* Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary associates
*Work Experience *
