Accounts Receivable / Payroll

Responsibilities:
- Complete all required government reports regarding biweekly payroll and taxes as assigned.
- Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare budget and process all budget estimates as required.
- GL Accounts reconciliation.
- Process timecards and prepare agency payroll.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Reconcile and maintain employee vacation and leave balances.
- Generate and Analyze General Ledger created by ADP systems and transfer to MS Dynamics SL
- Complete monthly billings and Collections.
- Download SL monthly statements and anyalyze corresponding deductions.
- Maintain employee tax information
Required:
- Minimum 4 year degree in accounting or business related degree.
- 5 years Accounts Receivable and Payroll experience.
- Strong customer service skills, organized, attentive to details and be able to prioritize and multitask.
- Experience with Microsoft Word Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with MS Dynamics (Preferred).
- Effective command of English language (verbal/written).
