An immediate need to hire an Accounts Payable in the construction industry
This is a great role for someone who is seeking stability, great compensation and company growth
Some of the day to day responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
-Perform full cycle accounts payable
-Responsible for processing all subcontractors invoices
-Review invoices from vendors
-Perform day to day financial transactions, verify, classify and record accounts payables
-Assist with any research that is needed and work closely with internal staff and vendors
-Maintain the accounts payable filing system
-Update and manage office files in a timely manner
-Hands on experience suing Sage 300 and Excel to manage reports
-Invoices can range from 500+ on a monthly bases
-Great attention to detail will be key
-3+ years of experience in a similar role/ construction industry will be key
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Sage 300
-Ability to work in an independent setting
-Great attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines on time
-Team player, great customer follow up
