We are enabling Johnson and Johnson by literally building the future.As an integral leader within E&PS Facilities Management (FM) organization, the individual will lead the Global Target Operating Model initiative as part of the broader transformation scope. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director of FM Strategy and E&PS Regional leads, this role demands a multifaceted blend of strategic foresight and domain expertise. The role will champion the development and execution of an innovative, future-focused operating model for an internal FM organization and strategic partnership scope, to deliver an estimated $30 - 50M in cumulative benefits over 5 years. This role demands a wide-ranging allocation of time and resources, adapting to different phases of the program and requirements across: program management, operational innovation, and strategic implementationIn this high-impact position, the Director will quickly adapt a comprehensive understanding of the as-is FM global organization and its operational framework. They will work in conjunction with key function leaders in the Co-design phase to develop a To-Be design that cultivates improved and enhanced operational methodologies, governance standards, along with performance and critical metric driven insights, thereby elevating organizational efficiency and effectiveness.As the program evolves to deployment phase the role assumes accountability for steering the successful execution of the transformation within the AMERICA S and delivering circa $15 - 25MM cumulative benefits over 5 years within the region. Working directly with the Senior Director of FM Strategy and Regional FM teams the individual will own execution and proficiently act as the champion for change across the regional organization.Key Responsibilities:Target Operating modelDevelop GTM scope and SLA s including those services performed on behalf of internal enabling functions. Development of a revised services specification document for inclusion within bid documentation.Undertake deep dive on current operating model, design out non-value add processes, remove duplicity, and streamline governance model.Design Employee and workplace experience improvement through the use of improved technology and site service delivery, embed associated performance metrics with strategic partner performance indicators.Where necessary revise standards, RACI and Governance structure to align to revised operating model along with developing associated change readiness strategy, communication and training module sLeading change and building influence is critical in the design phase and will focus on the development of operational readiness and deployment strategies, change readiness and training modules,Pro-actively input into Go-To-Market and solutioning processes, notably by assessing and articulating key regional nuances impacting e.g. supplier bid, scope and selection activitiesDesign and deployment of operational readiness plan ensuring markets are ready to implement process, systems, and other operating model change requirements.Design, implement and drive deployment of program across region to ensuring there is limited disruption to business as usual. Pro-actively lead and raise issues to the Regional FM Lead and Senior Director FM Strategy.Develop and delivery of innovative Training & Development packages to prepare J&J employees on the impact of the new service solution, covering but not exhaustive to: standard operating procedures, ways of working, systems and processes, governance / key points of contract.Drive and establish deployment success measures, critical metrics, and governance structures. Own tracking and reporting for the region.Proactively set-up and maintain mechanisms to triage/problem solve during the initial phase post implementation.Other DutiesLeverage domain expertise to help influence key decision-making groups towards desired program/stream outcomes and stay actively engaged in feeding progress updates and stream specific communications to the central PMO function.QualificationsEducation:University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent is requiredExperience and Skills:Required:Minimum five (5) years of relevant experienceMinimum five (5) years People Management ExperienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suitePreferred:Areas of study: Business, Finance, Management, Facilities Management/OperationsPreferred Related Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical, Medical technology & Devices,Other:Less than 25% International TravelInternal program leadership meetings and occasional travel to key locations global/ regionInternal network with: Engineering & Property Services global org, Segment Leadership - Global & regional, Enabling functions Global/regional - Procurement, HR, finance, GS, GHS, Global Services, Office of Sustainability. Employee focus groups.External Key Working relationships with: FM Strategic partners, consulting partnersThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $247,250The anticipated base pay range for this position, in the Bay Area, is $163,000 to $281,750The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation s performance over a calendar/performance year.
