What We're Looking For - A high school diploma or GED.
- Basic proficiency in math, reading, and writing.
- Strong communication skills, including speaking clearly, listening attentively, and asking for clarification when necessary.

- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move within designated work areas, use hand and finger dexterity, and lift, push, or carry items up to 25 pounds.

- Adequate hearing for safety and effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
What You'll Do as an Assembler - Properly remove assembly components from the box without damaging product
- Sort and place material or items on tables, racks, or bins
- Assemble small parts manually
- Use small tools and jigs to manipulate parts for assembly
- Remove extraneous plastic material from molded parts
- Pack, seal, and move boxes
- Wear applicable PPE, adhere to all warehouse and production safety rules, quality standards, procedures, and employee expectations
- Follow established standard operating procedures per the certifications and/or work instructions
- Visually inspect product and packing materials for defects as applicable
- Immediately alert lead-person or supervisor of non-standard conditions
- Complete daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe work area
- Meet production schedules and targets as defined by the production plan, Supervisor, or Line Manager
- Perform other tasks as assigned
