Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Wilmington, DE, with flexibility for working out in the field. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful staffing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and workforce management industries is a plus
