Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant role at West Publishing Corporation. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work conducted in our office located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable
