For this position, you ll contribute to understanding sales and marketing in the IT industry and related businesses. This hands-on opportunity allows you to collaborate with experienced professionals and support our organization's strategies. New grads are welcome, no prior experience required.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with senior-level decision makers and assist Account Managers in the end-to-end business process to ensure optimal deliveries
- Collaborate with the team for a unified client approach, assist with scheduling and record-keeping tasks
- Have a clear understanding of technical roles and responsibilities
- Maintain trust relationships with talents and guide them through the hiring process to meet client expectations
- Conduct market and industry research to support decision-making
- Ensure that important information and urgent business matters reach the appropriate parties in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records of business activities and report findings to the team. Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business related fields
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
- Proficiency with MS Office proficiency(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- Proactive team player with willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Location: East Windsor, NJ (onsite required)
