Role Summary:

We are on the hunt for a proactive, highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales in the Southeast Region. This role is pivotal to driving business growth and nurturing our network of independent sales representatives. Your dedication will expand market presence, directly influencing our product reach and sales efficacy.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Command the sales strategy for product lines, promoting operational excellence and strategic alignment with our corporate vision.
  • Foster a robust network of independent sales representatives, providing them with the tools and knowledge to excel.
  • Amplify product awareness and technical understanding among consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with new customers, particularly at the installer and contractor level.
  • Harness a deep understanding of market dynamics to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Devise and execute tailored marketing strategies, making a mark in trade shows and industry events.
  • Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, offering prompt and insightful solutions to technical and application-related questions.
  • Engage with senior leadership to align sales objectives and strategies with broader company goals.
  • Requirements:



Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.



Experience:

  • A minimum of five years in sales, with a commendable record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling highly customized mechanical systems.
  • 5+ years focused in commercial HVAC with significant experience working through Manufacturers Rep channels
  • Strong technical ability



Skills:

  • Proficient with contemporary office software and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and large group presentations.
  • Strong organizational acumen and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
  • Independent self-starter, well-versed in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
