Our client is an organization in the Fox Valley area is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This company is looking for some with 2+ years of administrative support experience, the ability to multi-task and strong communication skills.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general office duties including answering phones and providing high-quality customer service.
- Management of calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Participate in meetings by recording minutes.
- Manage updates on company website.
- Providing reports as needed.
- Provide communication and planning between the president and VP.
- Create and publish content on social media.
- Coordinate with outside vendors.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
The Administrative Assistant will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
