Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager for one of Belmont Parks full service restaurants, Cannonball Sushi, Draft South Mission or Beach House. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness, and optimizing food and beverage offerings.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in hiring and managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
- Food safety certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
