As an Accounting & Finance Full Desk Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier accounting and finance professionals with our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying qualified candidates to presenting them to clients and facilitating successful placements. This role requires a strong understanding of the accounting and finance industry, excellent networking skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

MUST HAVE:
THREE years plus of recent experience running a FULL DESK placing professionals within Accounting Finance.
Have a proven track record in recruiting, sales, business development or any other performance-driven environment - RECENT OR CURRENT Executive Search agency experience is required.
Be adept at establishing credibility through building relationships with clients and prospects.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly and effectively build a rapport with a diverse group of individuals.
Be a proactive, self-starter who s capable of handling a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Be motivated by uncapped earning potential & incentives for performance.
Have a solid work ethic and sense of urgency; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks.
Have the ability to work independently, without supervision while also ready to face challenges and overcome them in a collaborative environment.
Have knowledge & understanding of ATS or CRM (Bullhorn is preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, ZoomInfo and other on-line resources.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly guaranteed income/salary plus commission with limitless earning potential. Top Producers can earn in excess of $400k+ in annual earnings!
