Purpose Of The Position:

Design physical and digital materials for Technology Marketing Toolkit and MSP Success in a timely fashion and within direct response marketing principles.

Job Description:

Looking for an ambitious, task-oriented, detailed person to be a part of our growing creative team. While experience in marketing is NOT required, a sincere desire to learn how results-driven marketing works is a MUST. We are looking for a candidate with strong work ethic and time-management skills. This person must like to work in a team-based environment and be able to work in-person in our Brentwood, Tennessee (Nashville) office.

As our organization grows, we have developed an increasing need for creative visuals in both print and digital media. This role will focus heavily on conversion rates for digital ads, as well as a focus on large-scale marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design trends and software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.

Objectives Of This Role:

  1. Work on a wide range of projects and media to visually communicate purposeful design that meets company goals.
  2. Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
  3. Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, prioritize project implementation based on workload. This may include multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality print and digital design within an established brand identity
  • Develop concepts with software or by hand and create content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery and layout
  • Manage all design files and assets in an organized manner using the current company standards and processes
  • Use trend intelligence and knowledge of current markets when designing
  • Timely and accurate edits that abide by company guidelines and do not cause new added revisions or edits
  • Work with multiple departments on fulfilling their design requests

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 or more years of experience (professional) with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat Pro
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Desire to keep building skill set, learning, growing and accepting increasing levels of responsibility
  • Exceptional creativity, problem-solving and innovative design skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience if you re self-taught)
  • Proven design portfolio that gives us a good idea of what you are capable of
  • A solid foundation in visual communication
  • An eye for detail and a creative mind


Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Experience with additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • After Effects
  • Premiere Pro
  • Media Encoder
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Vector drawing and illustration
