Robert Half is hiring for a Payroll Specialist for a growing company just outside of Baltimore, MD area! The ideal candidate will have full-cycle payroll experience and knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll
- Maintain employee payroll records
- Multi-state payroll processing
- Maintain relationship with payroll vendors
- Download and submit regular payroll reports to management
- Ensure all time sheets are submitted accurately and on time
- Maintain monthly payroll tax reports
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll required
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
