Our client in the Real Estate industry is seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to fill the role of Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and executive team, ensuring the efficient operation of the organization and the execution of strategic initiatives.

What You Get to Do

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives, conduct research, and prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that all inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency across the organization.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, conferences, and corporate retreats.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
