Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Associate Project Manager, Store Design located in New York City, New York.

The role:

You will manage projects related to Store Design, Construction, and Maintenance/Repair for Department Stores, Factory Stores, and Open Sell.

What you ll do:

In an environment characterized by numerous retail locations and distribution points, collaborate with us to seamlessly integrate our brand DNA across all retail locations, ensuring a consistent expression that upholds our elevated standards of luxury and brand awareness at every touchpoint.

  • Support the Sr. Project Manager of Store Design and Construction in the design and execution of projects related to store installations, outposts, retailer trade shows, and pop ups. (Open Sell and Department Store)
  • Take full ownership of the Maintenance/Repair program, serving as the primary point of contact for all field requests.
  • Generate and track all punch list items, ensuring their resolution, and compile post-mortem reports for each installation. Travel may be necessary for this responsibility.
  • Manage construction process for all installations, from GC/Millwork bidding and award to installation. Communicate between all internal and retailer teams.
  • Capex Budget tracking.
You are:
  • Extremely organized with an ability to multi-task.
  • Analytical and have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative and succeed in working with a team.
  • Capable of creating work back schedules, adhere to timelines and adept at maintaining project momentum to ensure on-track progress.
  • Strong in communication skills, effectively conveying information and fostering clear understanding.
  • Genuinely looking forward to new challenges.
You have:
  • Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • 3-5 years experience in Project management.
  • Experience in the Beauty Industry.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and millwork shop drawings.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketch up, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
